Monika Goyal

Monika has a broad background developed over her many years of practice including property division, spousal support, child support, custody, access, child protection and divorce matters. She is fortunate to practice family law and feels rewarded when she helps her clients in challenging situations.

Monika was called to the India Bar Association in 2011. She subsequently moved to Canada and articled in criminal, constitutional, civil, and family law at a mid-sized firm in Saskatchewan and was then called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2018. She worked as a Family Lawyer Associate in Prince Albert, where she advocated for her clients at all court levels including Court of Queen’s Bench, Provincial Court, Court of Appeal. She then moved to the GTA to establish her practice in Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.

Monika is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, and Saskatchewan’s Trial Lawyers Association.

Monika has the ability to serve her clients in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages.

When not practicing law, Monika enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her husband and their son.
